We, Zcrew Cafe, are looking for Restaurant Assistant Manager (permanent / full time position) who can join our professional team!

Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position
Wage: $36 to 38 per hour for 30-40 hours/week
Location: 401 11 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0Y5
Expected Start Date: ASAP

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
• Analyze and maintain budget to maximize the restaurant’s profits.
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Track income to evaluate and control labor expenses.
• Assist in recruiting, train, supervise, and monitor staff performance
• Plan work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns and deliver excellent service.

Position Requirements and Qualifications
• College diploma
• At least 3 years of work experience in food service industry
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Familiarity with Western and Asian Cuisine
• Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills
• Client focus; Flexibility; Team player; Reliability; Judgement
