Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, caring, and experienced Child Caregiver to provide full-time care for a child in a private home. The caregiver will be responsible for ensuring the child’s physical, emotional, and social well-being in a safe and nurturing environment. The role involves supervising daily activities, supporting early development, and maintaining a structured routine.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Change diapers
Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas
Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Prepare infants and children for rest periods
Supervise and care for children
Tend to emotional well-being of children

Job Requirements

Completion of high school (minimum).
Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Must be reliable, patient, and trustworthy.
Must be willing to live-in at the employer’s residence if required
