We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Home Support Worker / Caregiver to provide personalized care and daily living support for two elderly individuals living in a private residence. The successful candidate will assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and routine household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide care and companionship to two elderly individuals, supporting their daily living needs.
• Assist with full personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support safe mobility and transfers, including for clients with limited mobility or visual impairments.
• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals, including special diets for conditions such as diabetes or hypertension, and assist with feeding when required.
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report any significant changes to family members.
• Perform routine health-related tasks under general direction, such as medication reminders and assisting with non-sterile dressing changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment and perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and bed-making.
• Provide additional supportive care during periods of limited mobility, recovery, or increased health needs.

Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate is required
• Experience in caring for elderly individuals or persons with disabilities (including caring for family members) is preferred
• Responsible, patient, and comfortable assisting seniors with daily living activities
• Ability to assist with personal care, mobility support, and routine tasks
• Able to follow care routines and work stable, consistent hours
• Basic cooking and light housekeeping skills
• Valid First Aid certification is required
