At Victoria’s Blossom Imports Inc., we work with 10 different farms to offer a wide selection of local and imported fresh flowers.
Our company is looking for a professional, positive, detail-oriented, and experienced Deliver driver, to help us meet our demand in a timely fashion manner.

Position: Delivery driver
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $20.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start date: ASAP
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay as per law + extended health benefits

Key duties and Responsibilities
• Operate and drive cars, vans, and light-duty trucks to pick up and drop off a wide range of items, including food orders, printed materials, baked goods, dairy products, and services such as dry cleaning.
• Distribute newspapers, pamphlets, flyers, phone books, and similar materials to both residential and commercial locations.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure safe operation.
• Organize delivery routes and plan travel schedules for efficient service.
• Load and unload packages, merchandise, or other goods as required.
• Provide customer support by delivering products along assigned routes, processing payments, and handling sales when applicable.
• Maintain logs and records related to deliveries, pick-ups, mileage, fuel usage, and report any issues or unusual events encountered during routes.
• May scan, sort, or organize parcels and freight prior to delivery.
• May assemble, set up, or install products or equipment upon delivery.
• May stay in communication with the main dispatch center through mobile or digital communication tools.

Requirements/Education and other requirements
• Completion of some secondary school is typically expected.
• A valid driver’s licence that matches the type of vehicle operated is required.
• Employers generally look for at least one year of incident-free driving experience.
• Training is often provided directly on the job.
• For certain delivery or courier positions, applicants may need to qualify for bonding and obtain certification for transporting dangerous goods (TDG).
