Job Description

Inspect formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement to ensure proper preparation before concrete placement.
Place concrete into forms or onto designated surfaces according to required grades and specifications.
Fill voids and smooth out imperfections on freshly poured concrete.
Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and eliminate air pockets.
Level and finish the top surface of concrete to meet grade and depth requirements.
Perform duties safely at heights, including work on scaffolding and swing stages.
Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand tools and power tools.
Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other structural or finishing fixtures.
Apply curing agents, hardeners, and sealants to protect and strengthen concrete surfaces.
Carry out waterproofing, damp-proofing, and surface restoration tasks.
