We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations.

Job title: Cleaning Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $25/hour 30-40 hours/week
Benefits: Quarterly bonus based on performance and service, at the discretion of the employer

Job Responsibilities
- Organize and assign cleaning tasks to team members for various client sites
- Inspect work areas throughout shifts to ensure cleanliness standards and client expectations are met
- Train new cleaners on company procedures, safe equipment use, and quality expectations
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, and report maintenance needs
- Communicate with management or clients regarding scheduling, special requests, and problem resolution
- Perform cleaning tasks as necessary

Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial role
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable performing physical tasks
- Basic communication skills in English
