Position: Building Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Halifax, NS
Terms of employment: Full-time; permanent employment
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: CAD32-CAD37 per hour (to be negotiated), 35 hours per Week

1.) Tasks
--Supervise workers and projects
--Co-ordinate and schedule activities
--Recommend personnel actions
--Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
2.) Supervision
--Cement finishers
--Tilesetters
--Painters and decorators
--Floor covering installers
--Staff in various areas of responsibility
--Plasterers
--Drywall installers and finishers
--Roofers
--Cladders/siding installers
--Insulators

Work setting
--Construction

--Maintenance
--Repair
