Job Description

Specific Skills:
• Oversee daily operations of both restaurant and banquet to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate banquet events, including weddings and corporate functions, ensuring proper setup and staffing.
• Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant and banquet staff for efficient performance.
• Collaborate with the chef to plan menus, control food costs, and maintain authentic Indian cuisine quality.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, vendor relations, and supply orders for food, beverages, and event materials.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Prepare daily sales reports, cash summaries, and operational records.
• Develop marketing ideas and promotions to increase restaurant and banquet sales.
