Pacific Valley Siding Inc. is a trusted name in exterior finishing and siding solutions. We are seeking three full-time Siding/Cladding Supervisors to join our professional team and contribute to high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of siding and cladding installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications to plan and direct installation procedures and ensure accurate execution.
Inspect work progress, resolve on-site issues, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and workmanship.
Requisition and manage materials, tools, and equipment required for siding and cladding projects.
Train and mentor workers on installation techniques, safety practices, and company policies, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with management, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project timelines and satisfaction.

Job Description

Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Several years of experience in siding/cladding operations or supervising related
work areas, including on-the-job training, are required.
Journeyman/woman trade certification or equivalent technical qualifications may be required.
Strong leadership, teamwork, communication skills, and commitment to safety and quality are essential.

Employment Details:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Competitive salary of $37.50 per hour
