We are now seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives to join our team.

Job Description
Duties:
?- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the C-Suite Executives.
?- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents on behalf of executives.
?- Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
?- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, board meetings, and client engagements.
?- Assist with confidential matters, including HR, contracts, and strategic initiatives, maintaining discretion at all times.
?- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and track progress on key projects.
?- Facilitate communication between C-Suite executives and restaurant management teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
?- Research and provide briefings on market trends, industry developments, and operational insights as needed.
?- Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanour while working in a multicultural team environment.

Qualifications:
?- Completion of secondary school is required;
?- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality, retail, or high-end service industries;
?- Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google ?- Workspace, and scheduling tools.
?- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;
?- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to work independently under minimal supervision;
?- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
