Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility and care of two children (14 and 12 years old,, with one child having ADHD) during the absence of the parents and maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Tend to emotional well-being of the children
- Assist with morning routine
- Preparation of nutritious meals and snacks
- Organise and supervise children’s activities
- Accompany children to and from school/appointments
- Assist with homework/e-learning
- Light housekeeping

Work Environment:
- Non-smoking
- Working within the employer’s home

Job Requirements:
- Education: Secondary - General Course (Diploma) Completed
- 1 year of job-related experience
- Languages: English or French
- Skills: Initiative, Organized, Judgement, Flexibility, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills

Salary: $20.00/hr
Hours per week: 30 Hours

Basic Schedule:
Monday: 07h00-10h00 – BREAK – 15h00-18h00
Tuesday: 07h00-10h00 – BREAK – 15h00-18h00
Wednesday: 07h00-10h00 – BREAK – 15h00-18h00
Thursday: 07h00-10h00 – BREAK – 15h00-18h00
Friday: 07h00-10h00 – BREAK – 15h00-18h00
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
