Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies and plans to promote a company's services, enhance brand awareness and expand market share.
*Plan, oversee and optimize advertising and promotional campaigns across various platforms.
*Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, new marketing channels, target audiences, and potential partnerships.
*Represent the company at community events, education fairs, networking events, and other promotional activities.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals.
*Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and prepare analytical reports.
*Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
*Prepare monthly reports for company stakeholders, summarizing key marketing and sales activities, market trends, client engagement, and overall business performance.
*Analyze and interpret IRCC data to provide actionable insights on immigration and international study trends, competitor movements, and client behavior patterns that impact company strategy.
*Evaluate sales performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition cost, presenting clear visualizations and data-driven conclusions.
*Develop and present sales and marketing strategies based on monthly performance results, recommending adjustments to campaigns, pricing, or market positioning to enhance revenue.
*Maintain transparency and accountability by tracking progress toward quarterly and annual sales targets, highlighting challenges, service development, risk management, and opportunities for growth.
*Achieve sales and marketing performance goals as set by management.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree or higher
*2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, partnership development, or client relations
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
*Excellent organizational and project management abilities
*Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management
*Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
