About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator who works closely with the Sales Team to ensure a great client experience. They ensure all order details are in place to help deliver seamless projects that keep our customers coming back. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring projects, processing sales orders, and ensuring smooth and efficient communication between the sales team, clients, and production. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for finalizing all project details and keeping to schedules and deadline for each project.
This role serves as a vital bridge connecting multiple departments and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support Account Managers in creating accurate and timely presentations and estimates by confirming pricing, inventory, shipping or adding products or photography to presentations or estimates.
Ensure sales orders have complete and accurate artwork details, quantities, shipping information, and product information.
Create product mock-ups as needed for client’s review.
Create and manage sample orders for clients
Review artwork and artwork proofs to ensure there are no potential issues with sizing, placement, legibility, contrast etc., ensuring imprint will meet the client’s expectations
Maintain up to date information in our CRM system on all jobs, ensuring in-hand dates and budgets are accurate at all times.
Generate all Purchase Orders and work with the production team to make sure orders are on track.
Set up new client accounts and add new suppliers or products to our CRM system
Manage re-orders and reorder prompts as instructed by an AM.
Deal professionally with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure order fulfilment and case resolution.
Review bills from vendors to ensure all costs are accurate before invoicing.
Invoice clients and collect deposits (when necessary), with correct taxes.
Participate in team meetings and assisting with special projects when needed.
Qualifications
You have at least 2-4 years of related experience doing customer service.
You are interested in social responsibility, sustainability, and sustainable products.
You are comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with deadlines.
You excel at multi-tasking and can juggle many balls at once while keeping your cool. You are self-confident and organized.
You are creative and have a passion for sustainable products, marketing, and merchandising.
You have great interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone and are confident connecting with customers.
Commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and social impact.
You are comfortable working with various cloud-based programs including Office 365.
Canva and Illustrator experience are an asset
Hybrid Office, looking for someone who can work from our office on in-office days.
