Bedrock Natural Stone is looking for full time Heavy Stone Cutter 1865 Pipeline Rd, Coquitlam, BC V3E 2X1, Canada. There are 4 positions available.

Hours of work are 30 hours a week Mon-Fri (overtime pay after 40 hours). Pay is
$58,000 annually. Successful candidates must speak English.Successful candidates
must speak English. Secondary school education is required, and at least 2 years of

Job Description

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

-Operate heavy blade or wire saws to cut blocks of stone to specified dimensions
-Operate heavy machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs or other stone products to specific shape or design and to produce smooth finish
-Finish stone products with spray paint and by mounting plaques or installing concrete bases
-Operate heavy stone-dressing lathe to sharpen and dress grindstones that grind logs into pulp
-Operate a heavy machine to drill holes in blocks or slabs of stone according to specifications.
-Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, etc.
