Drabek Technologies Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team.

This is a permanent, full-time position; $4?5.00 per hour; 40 hours per week. Benefits include medical and dental, and an annual bonus pay.

Job Description
Duties:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work orders, and specifications, including geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Plan and execute machining operations by selecting appropriate tools, materials, reference points, and machining parameters.
Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual machines such as lathes, milling machines, drills, and saws to produce precision parts.
Machine parts to required specifications, verifying accuracy and tolerances using gauges and measuring instruments.
Inspect finished parts, troubleshoot issues, and isolate or correct non-conforming pieces.
Load and unload materials safely; monitor stock levels and request supplies when needed.
Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs on machines, tools, and equipment.
Shape, sharpen, and adjust cutting tools to meet project requirements.
Suggest and implement improvements to tooling, fixturing, and machining processes.
Maintain accurate production records, time and labour reports, and follow quality-control procedures.

Qualifications:
Secondary school completion is required.
At least 2 years of experience as a CNC machinist or related.
Trade certification is an asset.
Red seal endorsement is an asset.
Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machine tools.
Knowledge of precision measuring tools and equipment
English language ability is required.
