Wages and Hours
• Wage: $36 per hour
• Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
• Work Schedule: May include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on restaurant operations

Job Duties
The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure high standards of service, quality, and efficiency. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating daily activities of staff, including servers, kitchen, and front-of-house team members
• Assisting the General Manager in scheduling shifts, monitoring attendance, and maintaining labour budgets
• Overseeing customer service standards, addressing complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Supporting staff training, onboarding, and performance feedback to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
• Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and verifying deliveries
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assisting in planning promotions, special events, and marketing initiatives
• Preparing basic reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues for management review
• Acting as manager-on-duty in the absence of the General Manager

Employment Requirements
• Completion of secondary school is required; post-secondary education in hospitality management or business administration is an asset
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
