Waterfront Immigration Ltd located in Surrey BC is currently looking for two ‘Administrative assistant’ positions.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (NOC: 13110)

Job Location: 403 – 7337 137 Street, Surrey BC Canada V3W 1A4

Wage: $25.00/Hour, 30 hours/week

Positions available: 2

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Start: As soon as possible

Your duties will include:
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Timely management of emails including correspondence and communication.
- Deal with customers.
- Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints.
- Organize files and paperwork. Scan and save clients documents properly in the system.
- Maintain client database and arrange file folders properly.
- Collect and process client payments.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable and accounts payables.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience or diploma in business administrative course required.
- Completion of high school is required.
- Must have knowledge of English.
