Job Description

Perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Contact contractors for major maintenance
Handle routine jobs like painting, drywall repair, and safety checks
Move equipment/furniture as needed
Work independently with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma
7 months to 1 year of maintenance experience
Ability to work on-site in all weather conditions
