Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, stock clerks, and other store staff.

Assign tasks, prepare work schedules, and ensure smooth store operations.

Monitor inventory, order merchandise, and maintain proper stock levels.

Resolve customer complaints and provide professional service.

Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.
