Job Overview
Crepe Delicious is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality food and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
?Coordinate and supervise the work of 3–4 food service staff
?Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety standards
?Establish and manage work schedules
?Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies
?Monitor food quality and service standards
?Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and reports
?Handle customer complaints and concerns
?Maintain inventory and sales records
?Supervise food assembly and delivery
Requirements
?Language: English
?Education: College diploma or equivalent experience
?Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role
?Valid driver’s license
?Ability to work in a noisy, physically demanding environment
?Must pass a criminal record check
