Location of work: Private home of employer’s clients, various locations in Vancouver BC, on-site only

Wage: 24.50 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week, permanent full-time, start date as soon as possible, 4 vacancies

Languages: English

Education: Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to 2 years of related experience

Work setting: Private home of employer’s clients; work must be completed at the physical location

Responsibilities: Administer bedside and personal care; assist with feeding; launder clothing and household linens; perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; provide companionship and social support; provide personal hygiene care; prepare and serve nutritious meals

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; repetitive tasks; handling heavy loads; standing for extended periods

Employment conditions: Permanent full-time position; variable work locations within clients’ private homes; may require days, evenings, or weekends
