Job Description
Specific Skills:

• Plan, organize, and oversee banquet events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients and guests to understand event requirements and negotiate details.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff to ensure quality service.
• Assist in marketing and promoting banquet services to attract clients.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs.
• Organize and maintain banquet inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, and event materials at the best rates.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Inspect banquet setups to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or additional training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
