This is a permanent, full-time position; $36.60 per hour; 40 hours per week. Benefits include extended medical, dental and life insurance.

Job Description

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of painters, apprentices, and labourers;
- Plan and schedule painting jobs, ensuring materials and equipment are available;
- Inspect surfaces to determine the kind of work required and ensure quality standards are met;
- Train or arrange training for workers on safety procedures and painting techniques;
- Resolve work-related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies;
- Maintain records of work progress, materials used, and project timelines.

Requirements:
- Secondary school completion is required;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset;
- English language ability is required.
