Experience: Work experience as poultry preparer for 1 year or more required
Work setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment
Tasks/ Job Duties: Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging, Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for retail, commercial or other wholesale use
Equipment and machinery experience: Knives
