Ramen Isshin Management Inc. (dba Ramen Isshin Vaughan) is seeking a Cook to join our team.

Permanent, full-time; 30-44 hours per week; $18.25 per hour. Plus bonus available based on performance.

Standard 6-8.8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10am-11pm as required.

Job Description

Duties:
• Cook everything on the menu;
• Create ramen soup bases;
• Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation;
• Give training to new cooking and kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese ramen techniques, and other matters.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
• English language ability required;
• Japanese language ability is an asset.
