Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications andcustomer preferences.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, order ingredients, and minimize food waste.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop new recipes and update menus based on seasonal ingredients andcustomer demand.
• Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure a smooth cookingprocess.
