Description

Required skills :
- Necessary experience: High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service.
- Professional experience: Two (2) years of experience in food preparation.
- Spoken language: English
- Written language: English

Tasks :
- Communicate objectives to the sector team at the start of each shift and keep everyone informed of progress throughout the shift,
- Ensure that sector objectives are met on every shift,
- Improve quality, service and cleanliness standards in all areas,
- Ensure food safety in all areas,
- Motivate and support the team in each area to deliver an exceptional customer experience,
- Any other related tasks.
