Specific Skills
1. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth store functioning, includinginventory management and staff coordination.
2. Supervise and train employees, ensuring adherence to company policiesand maintaining high standards of customer service.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stockavailability and prevent shortages.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safetystandards, and store policies.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positiveshopping experience.
6. Prepare sales reports and assist in budgeting, analyzing performancemetrics to improve store efficiency.
