Job Description

Specific Skills
• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Supervise and support department managers and store staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Monitor product availability and ensure proper stock levels
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and product rotation
• Assist in scheduling and training employees
• Support in achieving sales targets and controlling expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Handle cash operations, deposits, and daily reports
• Monitor merchandising, signage, and promotional displays
• Ensure all food safety and health regulations are met
• Address staffing needs and support recruitment processes
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store
• Provide leadership and motivation to team members
