Job Duties:
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain records, documents, and confidential files in an organized manner.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and installations for the sales and installation teams.
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability and maintain inventory levels.
• Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and other documentation required for projects and clients.
• Assist in organizing and implementing administrative procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency.
