Cleanology Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

This position is permanent, full-time; 30 hours per week; $29.68 per hour.

Job Description

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of specialized cleaners;
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met;
- Hire and train cleaning staff;
- Prepare work schedule;
- Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records;
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs;
- Customer relationship management;
- Perform specialized cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

- Secondary school completion is required;
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the field is required;
- Prior experience in supervising is an asset;
- OFA Level 1, Fall Protection, Boom Lift, and Scissor Lift Certificates are assets;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- English language ability required.
