We, Cutey N Coolty are looking for full-time Marketing specialist to join our busy team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new children's clothing lines, sales, and special events for Cutey N Coolty stores.
• Write blog posts, articles, and social media contents that appeal to parents and guardians.
• Design and distribute newsletters and promotional emails to keep customers informed about new arrivals, sales, and events.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, website traffic, and social media engagement to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage with customers online and in-store to collect feedback, review their experience, and build strong relationships.
• Organize and promote in-store events, such as seasonal celebrations, and exclusive shopping days for loyal customers.
• Conduct research on current trends in children's fashion, and customer preferences.
• Assist with in-store visual displays and layout to attract customers and highlight new products.
• Develop partnerships with parenting bloggers, influencers, and local community organizations to promote the store and its products.
• Provide regular updates to the general manager/owner on marketing plans, project progress, event budgets, and performance metrics.
• Occasionally travel to stores in Alberta or BC to support marketing activities or promotional events.
Requirements:
• College diploma in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration or a related field OR equivalent experience
• Several (2 or more) years of work experience in a related industry and in a similar role
• Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player
