Position: operations manager - administrative services

Wage: $45.19 to 48.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative functions of the daycare, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement budgeting and financial management strategies, including payroll and resource allocation, to ensure operational sustainability.
- Coordinate staff recruitment, training, and scheduling to meet the center’s staffing needs and maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations, health and safety protocols, and licensing requirements to guarantee the safety and well-being of children and staff.
- Prepare and present operational reports to the management, including staff performance, financials, and overall administrative efficiency, to support long-term strategic planning.
