Position: food service supervisor

Wage: $ 18.00 to 20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:
- Direct and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations in our store
- Manage menu items and oversee the preparation of fresh ingredients required for sushi and other offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food quality and service
- Order and inspect ingredients, supplies, and equipment regularly to keep stock levels sufficient for daily operations
- Create shift schedules for kitchen staff, assigning tasks daily to meet service demands
- Interview, hire, and train kitchen staff to perform efficiently in their roles
