Position: retail store supervisor

Wage: $ 21.63 to 22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to maintain optimal levels of merchandise.
- Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare daily sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist with scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
