We are seeking a dynamic Gas Station Manager with experience in retail management to oversee the operations of our facility.
Job Responsibilties:
-Direct and control daily operations
-Evaluate daily operations
-Manage staff and assign duties
-Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
-Determine merchandise and services to be sold
-Implement price and credits policies
-Develop and implement marketing strategies
-Determine staffing requirements
-Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
-Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
-Oversee payroll administration
Qualifications:
- High School graduation certificate or above
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively
- Ability to price products competitively to drive sales
- Experience in buying products or managing inventory is advantageous
