Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Data Manager to join our team in Delta, BC. The ideal candidate will have experience within a healthcare, hospital, or pharmacy setting. The Clinical Data Manager will play a crucial role in accurately categorizing, recording, and analyzing data to support our behavioral team in tailoring therapy and programs for each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classify and Code Diseases: Utilize your understanding of medical conditions to accurately classify and code diseases and comorbidities, ensuring precise documentation.
• Analyze Clinical Data: Abstract, assemble, and analyze clinical data, focusing on the impact of co-morbid conditions and medications on patient outcomes.
• Document Medication Effects: Record and analyze the effects of prescription medications, contributing vital insights to the care team.
• Develop and Maintain Records: Create comprehensive document inventories, ensuring that health records are well-organized and easily accessible.
• Support the Care Team: Provide the behavioral and medical teams with detailed data analysis to help tailor therapy and treatment plans for each individual.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure all health records are securely stored and managed in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
