• Plan and implement creative and educational activities that enhance cognitive, social, and motor skills.
• Incorporate Mandarin language learning into play-based activities, arts and crafts, and music.
• Support children's emotional and social development through interactive learning.
• Introduce children to Chinese culture, traditions, and customs through stories, celebrations, and cultural activities.
• Encourage appreciation and understanding of multiculturalism and bilingualism.
• Maintain open and clear communication with parents about children's progress in language learning and overall development.
• Provide updates on daily activities, milestones, and any concerns regarding the child's well-being.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
• Monitor children's health and safety, responding to emergencies if necessary.
