Job Description

Specific Skills:
• Supervise and co-ordinate staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise, if required return the extra or defective inventory.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Train or arrange for the training of new staff
• Supervise the cleanliness of store and assure that every pump on gas station is working fine.
