Job Description
Specific Skills:
1. Maintain and organize client records, contracts, and office documents for easy access and reference.
2. Assist in preparing invoices, processing payments, and handling expense tracking for office operations.
3. Coordinate internal meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for management and staff.
4. Support marketing efforts by updating social media pages, creating newsletters, and organizing promotional materials.
5. Handle office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
6. Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and setting up workspaces.
7. Act as a point of contact for vendors and service providers, ensuring timely communication and contract follow-ups.
