A VERY WELL-KNOWN FAMILY RESTAURANT IN FREDERICTON, NB, IS LOOKING FOR A TALENTED COOK TO WORK ON A FULL-TIME, NON-SEASONAL, TEMPORARY TWO YEARS' TERM CONTRACT, IN ITS PIZZA & DONNAIRE RESTAURANT, LOCATED ON 379 KING STREET, FREDERICTON, NB, CANADA, E3B 1E4.

10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of salary.

Job Description

HIS MAIN DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE WITHOUT BEING LIMITED TO:
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
* Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
* Oversee kitchen operations.
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
* May set up and oversee buffets.
* May clean kitchen and work area.
* May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
* May hire and train kitchen staff.
