La Brioche Restaurant & Catering is looking for a hard working, experienced full-time, permanent (40 hr) Restaurant Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule staff on front of house operations
• Taking full responsibility of assigned shift, manage restaurant aligned with catering operations.
• Assist preparing weekly promotions and La Brioche special events.
• Budgeting and calculating inventory and general costs of the house.
• Train new team members, mentor newly hired front of house personnel
• Ensure that food and service meet restaurants hygiene and quality standards
Job Description
And:
• 1+ years of experience in food service industry
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
• Completion of secondary school is required.
Remuneration:
• $20.00 per/hr
• 40 hrs/week
• Position requires shift work (morning, afternoon, late night
closing, and/or weekends)
