Job Description:
-Supervising front desk operations such as guest checking, checkouts, room inventory and incoming phone calls;
-Supervise all staff member and delegate tasks in them;
- Establish Work Schedules and co ordinate activities with other departments;
-Hire and train staff in job duties; -Interacting with hotel guests to ensure quality service of hotel. and answering questions and concerns of guests;
-Maintain hotel inventory and order new items as needed;
- Inspecting cleanliness of hotel areas and ensure that other hotel protocols are being followed.
