Position: Retail store supervisor

Wage: $20.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:

1. Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth business activities and customer satisfaction.
2. Manage and schedule shifts for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during all business hours.
3. Receive and organize deliveries and stock, maintaining inventory levels and store appearance.
4. Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they understand store policies and procedures.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions to maintain positive customer relationships.
