Terms of Employment: Permanent Position / Full-Time (30-40h per week)/ Shift

Wage: $17.20 - $18.00 (Depends on Experience)
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay

Job duties:
1) Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
2) Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
3) Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
4) Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
5) Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
6) Order supplies and equipment
7) Clean kitchen and work area
8) Inspect kitchens and food service areas

Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum 1 Year of commercial cooking experience
