We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Shelf Stocker. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that shelves are adequately stocked with merchandise, maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, and assist customers as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Description
Receive merchandise deliveries and verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport it to the appropriate storage areas.
Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise according to company standards and product rotation guidelines.
Ensure that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing and product information.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs.
Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store, including dusting shelves, sweeping floors, and organizing merchandise.
Assist customers with locating products, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
