Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain computerized information filing system
• Answering phones and responding to general inquiries, distributing emails and calls
• Assist in the preparation of correspondence, manuals, reports, proposals and other documents.
• Manage corporate electronic and hard copy archive systems for project files.
• Upon project award, open new project files in designated company software following appropriate procedures.
• Research and arrange travel schedules as requested, send out itineraries and submit records to accounting.
• Maintain and track all project related contract documents including contracts, documentation and changes.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.


And:

• High school diploma
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or related or 1+ year relevant work experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills

Remuneration:

• $30 per/hr
• 2 week vacation
