Japan Consulting Corporation is looking for a permanent full-time cook at its JAPADOG Robson store location.

Education, skills and experience required:
- Completion of Secondary School
- At least two years of work experience of food preparation in commercial environment
- Ability to maintain high quality control standards under high pressure and fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills

Language:
- Communication skills in English

Compensation and Benefit:
$17.85/hour, 4% vacation pay, Tips, Staff meals and Staff discount.

- Prepare and cook not only Japanese-style hotdogs, but Japanese food menus.
- Ensure food meets quality standards
- Instruct kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Keep sanitized work area
