Salary: $27.50 / hour

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
• Answer phone calls and check company emails
• Communicate the messages to the appropriate person/department
• Prepare invoices and bills for suppliers.
• Order office supplies, files, folders, etc and maintain inventory.
• Provide a satisfactory response to the client’s inquiries.
Job Description
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school education is required.
• Knowledge of English language is required.
• At least one year of previous work experience in a similar field or completion of a college diploma/degree is required.
