Limitless Tire Ltd is looking for a business development officer to join our team and grow together!

Position: Business development officer (NOC 41402)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, Morning, Day
Hourly Wage: $49.19 - $52.20 and 30 hours per week
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: Location1231 36 Avenue NE suite 8Calgary, AB T2E 6N6

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Conduct market research to develop growth strategies and plans
• Analyze financial data and create strategies to trim overhead costs
• Analyze client or customer feedback to improve the business plan
• Re-establish price policy, conduct regular promotions, coordinate service type and scope and discover new opportunity
• Meet with new stakeholders and maintain relationships with current ones
• Create a budget and track expenses
• Maintain positive market growth
• Perform administrative tasks if needed
• Adhere to Company policies, quality standards, follows health and safety protocol and policies.
• Conduct marketing activities according to the business plan
• Recruit and train new members if needed
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• A university degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration or a related field OR equivalent experience
• Several (3 or more) years of work experience
• Familiar with MS office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication; Accurate, Flexibility, Initiative, Team player; Judgement; Reliability
